Discord State of Survival: The Top 20 Alliances

As we continue to thrive in the world of State of Survival, it is essential that we maintain a harmonious and fair environment for all alliances. To ensure this, we have established certain guidelines and rules for our top 20 alliances.

Firstly, if an alliance is announced as an enemy of the state, there must be sufficient space for other alliances to have a fair chance to grow and develop. This means that no single alliance should dominate the game, giving others an unfair advantage.

Secondly, we must respect each other's territories and assets. No destroying of any alliance HQ or towers is allowed, unless it is absolutely necessary. If there are towers in the way of your path, please message the alliance leadership for assistance. If there is no response within three days, a discussion should be held on State Discord for approval.

Thirdly, we must ensure that all alliances have an equal opportunity to thrive. To achieve this, each alliance can have a maximum of two bunkers and one facility. This will encourage low-rank alliances to work harder and strive for better results, ultimately making the state more vibrant and alive.

Fourthly, we have implemented a nationwide NAP (Non-Aggression Pact) for 24 hours before and after State Vs State events, as well as after Kill Events. During this time, all alliances should avoid attacking each other, allowing us to focus on our goals without fear of retaliation.

Fifthly, we must maintain a respectful and inclusive community. No racial, harassing, or disrespecting comments are allowed towards other players or alliances. Anyone who violates this rule will face consequences, up to and including punishment from the state administration and moderators.

Sixthly, we have implemented a nationwide purge of State two hours before State Vs State events, ensuring that all settlements are cleared and there is no camping or gathering beforehand.

Seventhly, we must work together to protect our tiles. During Kill Events, only two attacks and one rally per settlement are allowed, to prevent players from retiring from the game. If someone breaks this rule, they will face punishment from the entire state.

Eighthly, during State Vs State events, farming or attempting to reach kill targets by repeatedly attacking the same tile is not permitted. Instead, we should focus on capturing as many tiles as possible for everyone's benefit.

Ninthly, if an alliance finds someone farming in their hive without permission, they are free to drive them out or attack that tile. However, this does not apply to allies or members of the alliance.

Tenthly and finally, we must avoid zeroing settlements without a valid reason. Additionally, no settlement attacks or recon missions should be conducted during bunker, facility, or capital events.
